Graham Spence, CPA, CA

Graham combines deep financial expertise with real-world business leadership experience. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) since 2010, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University. Early in his career, Graham worked with a Big Four accounting firm as a Senior Associate, building a strong foundation in audit, assurance, and financial advisory services.

Transitioning into industry, Graham took on senior finance roles within the environmental services sector, further expanding his operational and strategic expertise. He then spent more than a decade as the owner and operator of a successful Ontario microbrewery, where he was responsible for day-to-day operations, financial management, and business development.

In recent years, Graham has helped lead the successful transition of a $30M+ B2C manufacturer with multiple business divisions, focusing on strategic restructuring, operational improvements, and financial optimization. His leadership includes spearheading several major software and technology transformations, helping organizations modernize their systems to drive efficiency and support growth.

Graham’s combination of entrepreneurial experience and corporate finance knowledge allows him to deliver practical, actionable advice to clients navigating growth, transition, or operational challenges.

Deeply committed to giving back, Graham currently serves as Treasurer for the St. Jacobs Business Improvement Area (BIA) and volunteers as a coach with the Kitchener Minor Hockey Association and the Kitchener Soccer Club.

Outside of work, Graham enjoys hockey, soccer, golf, and spending time with his family.
