Samer Alnajjar

Samer Alnajjar is a Junior Financial Analyst known for his analytical mindset and efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Athabasca University and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Algonquin College.

Before joining the team, Samer worked as a Store Auditor, where he handled daily payment reconciliations, third-party vendor and settlement reviews, and general ledger reconciliations to support accurate and timely financial reporting. He also assisted with month-end close activities, prepared accruals, and performed variance analyses to identify discrepancies, including potential fraud or operational issues.

Outside of work, Samer enjoys volleyball, soccer, and bouldering, and is planning to pursue his CPA designation.
