Kylie McLellan, CPA, CA
Kylie McLennan, CPA, CA, is a senior leader at Part Time CFO Services, where she combines her substantial auditing background with strategic financial oversight to ensure clients remain audit-ready, bank-ready and governance-ready. Her early career in external audit, spanning owner-managed businesses, charities, and industries such as manufacturing, distribution, and construction, provides her with deep insight into what auditors seek, what lenders expect, and what boards require.
In the private business sector, Kylie partners with owner-managed companies to build high-performing finance functions that deliver timely and reliable reporting to support strategic decision-making. She guides clients through complex banking relationships, credit facility revisions, working capital optimization (including PO financing), and multi-currency cash flow environments. Kylie excels as the trusted bridge between business owners, their auditors and their lenders, ensuring alignment and clarity across all stakeholders.
In the not-for-profit sector, Kylie helps social-mission organizations and charities consolidate reporting from multiple entities, program lines, and funding streams. She establishes governance-ready finance systems and supports organizations facing cash-flow constraints or transitioning through growth. Her audit experience adds significant value, enabling boards and stakeholders to trust that their financial reporting is sound, compliant and mission-aligned.
Kylie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). When she’s not in the office, you’ll often find her stand-up paddleboarding, trying a yoga class or taking a walk with her cockapoo, Hayley.
