Kylea Dobson, MBA

Kylea Dobson is a Financial Analyst with a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Louisville. Kylea brings hands-on experience from her work as an Accounting & Financial Outsourcing Associate, where she supported clients with daily accounting functions, including transaction processing, payables and receivables, and month-end close. She has experience working with a variety of accounting and financial software systems and is known for her attention to detail and focus on improving efficiency and workflows.

Outside of her professional work, Kylea is a former NCAA Division I student-athlete and an accomplished lacrosse player. She has represented Canada internationally and remains actively involved in the sport as a mentor and coach. Kylea also enjoys staying active, traveling, spending time outdoors, and giving back to her community through volunteer work.
