-
Modernized finance systems and processes for for-profit organizations by implementing internal controls and streamlined accounting practices, resulting in a more efficient and resilient finance function.
-
Identified, secured, and managed government funding, ensuring compliance with program requirements and preparing reporting that helps organizations access and maximize external support while maintaining accountability to funders.

Enhanced financial reporting and analysis through the introduction of improved reporting structures, dashboards, and forecasting tools—giving leadership teams timely, accurate insights for strategic and operational decision-making.

Transformed not-for-profit finance departments by replacing paper-based processes with digital systems, significantly reducing administrative work for program staff. In one case, a program manager reported that preparing invoices dropped from seven hours to just 45 minutes.
