As a seasoned CFO advisor, he adeptly coordinates tasks across teams, demonstrating expertise in IFRS accounting, strategic planning, M&A, and financial communications. Amer’s impactful career spans various industries, including global software and real estate consulting services, where he managed the Financial Planning and Analysis function for a company with revenues of $735M and 2,700 employees.

His diverse experience encompasses managing partner roles, director positions, and senior managerial roles across industries such as financial services, entertainment, and retail. Holding an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, Amer is a certified Information Systems Auditor and a Chartered Accountant.
